Pressure profiling

Pressure profiling is the adjustment of the pump pressure during extraction. The Quick Mill Sunny allows you to explore the limits of your favourite coffees by giving you control of the pump pressure during extraction. To manipulate pressure while pulling your shot, pull the lever up until you reach your desired pressure.

Lateral lever

One thing that sets the Quick Mill Sunny apart from coffee machines in its class is its cleverly-designed lever. Located to your right, this lever controls pressure during extraction when in manual mode. It is designed with a button at the end which is used for a bevy of settings including brewing and steam temperatures, extraction times, and preinfusion.

The Quick Mill Sunny is also fitted with a pulsor which stabilises pump pressure and reduces noise, making it quieter than most domestic coffee machines with a vibratory pump.
